Again, this is an easy one.

(1)    Write a simple dynamic HTML program to display the following image progressively.  Your program must work for both Netscape's Navigator and Microsoft's Internet Explorer.

Your page, clip.html, should render the image in 40 steps.  Initially, no image is rendered and the programs then display increasingly more contents from the upper left corner of the image in equal increments in both x and y direction.
