Previously serving as CTO – Platform and Cloud Solutions at Halliburton, he has driven large-scale digital transformation in the energy sector. With deep experience in strategy, architecture, and emerging technologies, Chaminda is passionate about guiding teams and organizations toward scalable, future-ready solutions.
Channa Weeratunge
Optime Subsea Services
Channa Weeratunge is a highly experienced software engineer with over two decades in the industry. Since 2017, he has served as Chief Software Engineer at Optime Subsea Services, leading advanced software and controls development. His career spans senior roles at FMC Technologies and CA Technologies, as well as contributions at Compaq and Emerson Process Management. Channa began his journey at Platinum Technologies and holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. He is recognized for his expertise in building innovative, reliable software solutions that drive business success.
