1. The Abstract was refined keeping in mind Dr. Yue’s feedback on it.

2. The Requirements document was emailed earlier to the mentors. They made few modifications in it. The modifications were studied carefully.

3. The Documentation for TieFlow provided by the mentors, after much effort could not help us much. We requested the source code from them and got it.

4. Generating reports using IReports practiced during the week. We thought of preparing a prototype which will generate a graphical report by using the jrxml produced by IReport and the Jasper Engine, by our next mentor meeting.

5. Also Designing the UML diagrams was discussed. Use case diagram is not clear right now. we will be working on class diagram and a simple flow diagram.
