We were having a telephone conference every now and then to discuss the issues coming on our way. We met today after the mentor meeting, where we demonstrated the deployment of current tool successfully. We asked then how should we proceed and their suggestions were very helpful.

1. We were working on the project requirements this week. Everyone reviewed the requirements document prepared by Pratyusha and Nikhila and was corrected for any grammatical errors. We will be emailing this document to the mentors as well as Dr. Yue for their feedback.

2. Abstract was due next week, so we all decided to design the Abstract and discuss it in our next meeting.

3. I and Augustine will be studying the Jasper Reports and their IDE’s and Pratyusha and Nikhila will be studying the BIRT and their IDE’s, to get an idea of how graphical reports are generated.
