We had our first meeting this week with Dr. Yue and Mentors combined. We put forward our questions to the mentors and got clarified. As promised in the meeting we got the war folder emailed to us for TieReports package to deploy. Also the mentors gave very good and helpful instructions to install the required software and to deploy.

1. We installed the JBoss Server which was needed for the deployment

2. MS SQL Server was installed on one of the Capstone Lab computer, Thanks to Mr. David Web.

3. We installed the latest version of Java and started the deployment following the setup instructions given to us through email.

4. The installations were done correctly and the tables were created in the SQL Server Database.

5. Due to some unidentified error, we could not complete the deployment. We felt as if the error is with something very basic.

6. Noted down the error to show to the mentors in our next Mentor meeting.
