This was our last meeting with the mentors. We completed the labeling of the charts as suggested by Dr. Yue during the final demo. Also the textual report definition was tied up with the Graphical Reports, which means the user can define a textual report (except for grouping) and view a graphical report for the same report definition. The jrxml is saved in the Database now. The classes have been rearranged in an organized way. Also a big chunk of libraries were included initially, but now only the needed libraries are added, which brought down the application build time to a great extent!

The demo was given to the mentors.
Suggestions/feedback from the Mentors:

1. The labeling for the charts as shown doesn’t look appropriate. Use friendly names for the fields instead of the actual field name present in the database.

2. Rests of the things are fine!

We will be emailing the Documentation (final Report) to the Mentors by tomorrow. Also the mentors asked not to put any code or Documentation provided by them on the course website.

The team was thankful to the mentors for giving an opportunity to work with them.
