HRMS(Electronic Human Resource Management Software)allows for the creation and assigning of various benefits to employees, such as Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, and others. Employees are able to login via a web browser and view their selected benefits, which includes the type of coverage and premium amounts. The employee has no way to enroll, decline, or change benefits, and currently must fill out a paper form, which is manually entered into the system. This process is slow and leads to errors.
