Summary
To enhance and improve upon the existing architecture and functionality of MiniCheck IDTM and MinicheckID Pro.
MiniCheck ID Pro+TM is a project that uses the flexible C#/ .Net Framework and is developed with the aim of
verifying an employee’s eligibility to work in the United States. We also aim at refining the existing
functionalities to achieve a production level code, thus making the application user friendly and reliable.
Our team will also implement the functionality of merging multiple databases, have the RDM 7000i device working
and achieve Windows Vista compatibility for the application.
Our team will integrate additional third party information database through Homeland Security for verifying an
employee’s right to work in the United States. When an employer enters an employee’s SSN no, the application
connects to the homeland security database, checks the employee work status and returns the same to the employer.
Our team also goes about merging three databases in MS Access developed by previous teams to a single database so
that the data is available for use in a cleaner format.
